This Privacy Policy applies to owners, employees, representatives or other individuals acting on behalf of party to which Datraction provides the Services.

We act in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation of April 27th, 2016 (GDPR) requirements and other legal provisions for data protection. We take care of the security and privacy of your personal data. “Personal data” refers to any information relating to an identifiable individual or their personal identity. Below you’ll find all necessary information to make educated decisions about how you want us to process your personal data.


In subscribing or filling in a contact form on our Site, you agree and accept that we may gather, process, store and/or use the submitted personal data under the rules set forth below.
By giving your consent to us, you retain the right to have your personal data rectified and/or to be erased.

Data Collection

We collect your contact information such as first name and last name, business email address, job workplace and position, telephone number, Linkedin page link.

Financial information:
We collect data necessary for payment, including for invoicing purposes, such as your billing details.

When communicating with Datraction, Datraction collects and processes written communications: email and live chat sessions, for improving its Services and quality control, which includes the usage of the collected communications for the handling of claims and fraud detection purposes. Collected communications are kept for a limited amount of time and automatically deleted, unless Datraction has a legitimate interest to keep such communications for a longer period, including for fraud investigation and legal purposes.

Data processing purposes

We use the information you provide, some of which may be personal data, for the following purposes:

      Providing our Services: We use the information, which may include personal data, to provide our Services, facilitate their performance, improve the Services and Site’s content.

      Analyze the use of Services: We use the information, which may include personal data, to analyze the volume and history of your use of our site or Services.

      Marketing/Sales Communications: We work hard to find and introduce new people to our product as well as improve the quality of our website. We want to communicate clearly and directly with everyone who visits. To do this we need data. However, we practice privacy by design, privacy by default and data minimization so we’ll take the smallest amount of data we can while still providing our visitors an enjoyable experience.
      We request processing of personal data of visitors, such as IP address, a cookie identifier and email address (but only in the case that visitors request information be sent by email). We also collect non-personal data to learn how visitors found our website, what kind of device they’re using, how long they stayed, which pages they visited, etc. This non-personal data is tied to a temporary identifier that is removed after the end of each browsing session.

Legal base

In view of purpose A to F, Datraction relies on the legal basis that the processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of your agreement with Datraction. If you do not provide the requested information, Datraction cannot register your property, and manage the Services, nor can we provide customer service to you.

Data sharing

We share your information, which may include personal data, with third parties as permitted by law and as described below. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Third party data

To provide its Services, Datraction captures and stores information, which may include personal data, about you: (1) IP addresses; (2) request headers; (3) data submitted in forms on site.

You can recover, modify, or delete your data from your CRM at any time by request through the contact form –

Datraction does not sell, share or rent out your personal data to third parties, nor does it use them for any purposes other than those outlined in this Privacy Policy.

HubSpot is an inbound marketing and sales platform that we use for email marketing, marketing automation, website personalization and integrating CRM data about leads with their behavioral data. HubSpot collects browsing history (only from our site) and user personal data acquired via lead capture forms. HubSpot products are hosted in U.S.-based data centers, and HubSpot stores user data for 24 months. More specifically, we remove the data:

after 24 months from the last exchange in case we had an ongoing conversation or you wanted to conduct business with us (used contact form, requested a demo or pricing), on your request.

Webinars and Training

You may provide us with additional personal data when subscribing to one of our webinars and trainings. We may have a limited number of seats related to the webinar you’ve reserved your spot for and we may process the information you provided like your first and last name or company to increase the probability that (a) you’re a real human or (b) you’re affiliated with a company close to our target market audience. In that case you’re more likely to secure your spot. We will use your email to communicate with you. We will keep all that data in our CRM that you can read about in this Privacy Policy.

Purpose: subscribing you to a webinar or training.
Personal data used: Name and surname, email address (required) and some optional information.

Data security

Within the framework of its Services, Datraction attributes the very highest importance to the security and integrity of information and personal data. Datraction observes reasonable procedures to prevent unauthorized access to, and the misuse of, information including personal data. We use appropriate business systems and procedures to protect and safeguard information including personal data.

Thus and in accordance with the GDPR, Datraction undertakes to take all pertinent precautions in order to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, to protect them against any accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, corruption, unauthorized circulation or access, as well as against any other form of unlawful processing or disclosure to unauthorized persons.

To this end, Datraction implements industry standard security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized disclosure.

Data retention

We will retain your information, which may include personal data, for as long as we deem it necessary to enable you to use our Services, to provide our Services to you, to comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes with any parties and otherwise as necessary to allow us to conduct our business, including to detect and prevent fraud or other illegal activities. All personal data we retain will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

Datraction in no way undertakes to store all your data indefinitely.

Your choices and rights

Cookies and tracking

As a general rule, Datraction uses cookies to improve and personalize its Site and/or measure its audience. Cookies are files saved to your local storage when browsing on the internet and in particular on our Site. A cookie is not used to gather your personal data without your knowledge but instead to record information on site browsing which can be read directly by Datraction on your subsequent visits.

You can choose to decline acceptance of all cookies, but your ability to browse certain pages of our Site may be reduced. The cookies used by Datraction are intended to enable or facilitate communication, to enable the Services requested by users to be supplied, to recognize users when they re-visit the site, to carry out analyses on hit rates and browsing experience so as to improve the content, to track email open rates, click rates, and bounce-back rates at individual levels.
